The best craft item to make on this day would be a shamrock or a four-leaf clover as it is a symbol of St. Patrick’s Day. To make a shamrock, cut a shamrock shape from a construction paper. Then make a wreath with those shamrocks in it. One can also use a fabric to cut shamrock shapes from it. These shamrock cuttings can then be decorated in the house on different places like table cloth, napkin etc.

The next best craft is making an Irish flag. It is a very easy item to make as it only requires making and joining 3 stripes of different colors – green, white and orange. Green must be placed on top followed by white and then orange. After that, a strip can be attached to the flag paper to get a complete flag.

Another great craft idea is a shamrock pin. For this, one needs bottle caps, green paint, safety pin and green foam. To start making, paint 3 bottle caps green. Let the paint dry. Meanwhile cut a shamrock shape from the foam. Then, glue the shamrocks on bottle caps and let them dry. After this, stick the safety pin to the back of the shamrock foam to get a beautiful shamrock pin.
A shamrock heart is also a fun craft to make. For that, one needs to cut a heart out of green colored construction paper. Now the 3 hearts must be arranged so that they form a shamrock shape. Now cut a stem to stick to this shamrock heart form. The shamrock heart is ready.
